The name Fë-favê Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Fë-favê Bî was founded by Shesho Brtconkdo, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Fë-favê Bî has a yearly average temperature of 20°C (68°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 12°C (53°F). Fë-favê Bî receives an average of 224 cm/y (88 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Fë-favê Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 852 m (2795 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Fë-favê Bî was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1233, by Shesho Brtconkdo. The establishment of Fë-favê Bî was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Fë-favê Bî's construction back out of the project. Shesho Brtconkdo pushed on reguardles, and Fë-favê Bî was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Fë-favê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fë-favê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Fë-favê Bî is is constructed arround a series of crampt paverstone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. The failry decent fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
Looking around Fë-favê Bî you immediately realise that the locals are looking back at you. All of them. Everywhere you look somone is staring back at you analytically, looking over every inch of you, your gear, and your companions. As you get close to people, their hands move closer to their belt knife, or dagger. You may want to watch where you go and what you say...
Civic Infrastructure
Fë-favê Bî has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.
Fë-favê Bî has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Fë-favê Bî.
Fë-favê Bî has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Fë-favê Bî has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Fë-favê Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fë-favê Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Fë-favê Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Fë-favê Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Fë-favê Bî is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.
Cultural Notes
Fë-favê Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

The Begedhi, Seedling near Fë-favê Bî are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Fë-favê Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves consuming a local narcotic to channel Chronomancy energies of tier 1 via proclamations.
Economy
The following information was obtained via the Imperial Census Bureau as part of the Eyom Economic Outreach Program. It differs from Standard Imperial censuses in that many of Tom's citizens, regardless of culture, work in more than one occupation or hold more than a single job. This infrastructure may be the result of a still-functional Working, or it could be the product of some venerable occult engine that's still operational, or it may be the fruit of the labors of some specially-designed organism or Blighted populace.
Fë-favê Bî makes use of canals for some of its streets. Locals often fish in the canals.
POI
History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Mere Vihar began to boil, and released a thick toxic cloud from beneath its waters which was isolated to the area around Fë-favê Bî, which was swallowed by the fumes for several days. Fë-favê Bî lost 228 people, 208 livestock, and 25 buildings in the disaster, though it is of note the local plant life flourished after the disaster. The disaster is referred to as the Horror Wind.
